About the Role

This role provides the following opportunities:

• Multi- Sector project opportunities covering residential, hotels, office and education
• Multi-residential design and delivery of large-scale projects
• ADG compliant apartment planning
• Communication directly with clients, external and internal stakeholders
• Devise project briefs and relevant scopes of work
• Delivering concept designs independently or with a team Oversee and prepare project documentation and specifications suitable for client sign off and development applications, tender, building approval and construction
• On site construction phase involvement

You Will Need

• Strong computer capabilities including Revit, SketchUp, Adobe InDesign and MS Office Suite
• Registered Architect or Master’s degree of Architecture
• At least 5-7 years post-graduate experience
